1903 picture post card (real picture of Wakonde Natives of North Nyasa) to Pweto, Belgium Congo, with a 1d cancelled by the scarce KALUNGUISI N. E. RHODESIA 18 JUN 03 datestamp. A Pweto arrival c.d.s. is alongside. Pweto is at the northern end of Lake Mweru, Belgium Congo, about 190 miles from Kalunguisi,(as the crow flies) but the route this card would have taken would have been over 300 miles An interesting card from an uncommon origination to a scarce destination.
