1915 cover to England with a 4c cancelled SADONG 22 JAN 1815 (!!) date error – should read 1915. A Kuching 26 JAN transit cancel is on the front, on the back is a Kuching 25 JAN 1915 cancel. 30 miles east of Kuching on the River Sadong, this villages’ total stamp sales for 1915 were $48.63 In 1937 it changed its’ name to Simunjan. An uncommon early cover.
