An Idutywa Circulation Branch 11 6 transit cancel and Lansdowne 18 6 90 arrival cancels are on the cover. The R1 stamp is very rarely seen commercially used on a cover during the years (1976-1994) that Transkei issued stamps as an ‘independent’ homeland.
