1915 incoming postal card to Arnold Sinning, a Prisoner of War at the Dar Es Salaam Camp, sent from Dornhagen, Germany. It was censored in Germany with a violet censor cachet, then in London with a boxed ‘P.O.W. Central Censorship Bureau’ cachet, then again on arrival at Dar Es Salaam with a ‘Passed Censor / C. T. Dsm’ h/s. A fine and rare early incoming card to a P.O.W. in Tanganyika.
