A cover to Launceston, possibly posted locally, that has had the stamps either removed or they have fallen off, with a good strike of the 'LOOSE SHIP LETTER / TO PAY with '2d' inserted in pencil. A red 'B' in a circle and a red '3/36 T' in circle are the only other markings on the cover besides a horizontal violet 'O'. An interesting cover!
