1915 registered cover to London with a Gold Coast 6d overprinted TOGO / Anglo – French / Occupation, cancelled by the scarce NOEPE 12.10.15 datestamp. A German Noepe (Togo) registration label is on the front of the cover, on the back is a London 13 NO 15 arrival c.d.s. Noepe is a small village 17 miles north west of Lome, the capital. A very seldom seen cancel.
