1899 1d envelope from Georgetown, British Guiana, to Tobago, but forwarded to Trinidad on arrival. A Tobago NO 30 arrival cancel is on the front of the cover, on the back is a Port of Spain, Trinidad NO 29 99 cancel. The cover must have been held in the Post Office for some time looking for the recipient as the postage dues were only affixed and cancelled AP 21 00. Interesting !!
