1894 ½d newspaper wrapper to The Rev Father Chines, Princess Town, with a Postage Due affixed and cancelled ARIMA SP 5 94. Presumably something other than a newspaper must have been enclosed for it to have been taxed and it was sent at the 1d inland rate, the 1d postage due paying the double deficiency of the additional ½d. Extremely rare and the only time I have seen a newspaper wrapper being taxed.
