1928 cover to England that was carried on the Canadian Pacific Liner ‘Empress of France’ with a good strike of the Type II TRISTAN DA CUNHA / SOUTH ATLANTIC canceller. The cover was taxed on arrival in England and a 2d Postage Due affixed, cancelled BATH 20 MR 28, with a similar strike alongside. A fine commercial cover with this Type II cancel.
