1919 registered cover to the USA with a block of four 3d WAR TAX stamps, that appear to have either a double print or ‘kiss’ print, cancelled TURKS ISLANDS DE 4 19. A red crayon ‘2219’ registration number is on the front of the cover, on the back is a DEC 13 1919 arrival cancel. The ‘W’ on the two left stamps appears double, and marks around the overprint on the other stamps would indicate either a double or ‘kiss’ print.
